Synthera — Shipping Policy

Synthera ships all research products securely and in protected packaging to ensure product integrity.
Please review the following shipping terms before placing an order.

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day
  • Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods

Processing time does not include carrier delivery time.


2. Shipping Methods

Synthera uses trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options and pricing are displayed at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


3. Shipping Delays

Carrier delays may occur due to:

  • weather
  • holidays
  • logistics backlogs
  • transportation issues

These delays are outside Synthera’s control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered”:

  • Synthera is not responsible for theft or loss
  • No refunds or replacements will be issued
  • We recommend shipping to a secure address

If a package is lost before delivery is confirmed, store credit may be issued at our discretion.


5. Wrong Address Entry

Synthera is not responsible for:

  • incorrect addresses entered by the customer
  • missing apartment/suite numbers
  • forwarding issues

Orders shipped to the provided address cannot be refunded or replaced.

If a reshipment is approved, additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, you must:

  • Contact support within 48 hours
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • the damaged item
    • packaging
    • shipping label

If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no charge.

No refunds will be issued.


7. International Shipping (If Enabled)

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs delays
  • import fees
  • local restrictions

The buyer is responsible for all import-related responsibilities.
Synthera is not liable for seized, delayed, or rejected international shipments.


8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • a confirmation email
  • a tracking number
  • a link to track transit progress

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipping.


9. Customer Agreement

By placing an order with Synthera, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not place an order.
