Synthera — Refund, Replacement & Store Credit Policy

Because Synthera supplies research-grade compounds, all sales are treated as final.
To protect product integrity and maintain regulatory standards, we do not offer refunds back to your original payment method under any circumstances.

1. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds to Card or Bank)

Once an order is placed and processed:

  • No refunds
  • No returns
  • No exchanges
  • No money back to card, bank, or payment account

This applies even if:

  • you ordered the wrong product
  • you changed your mind
  • you no longer need the item
  • results did not meet expectations
  • the purchase was accidental
  • the product was opened or unopened

2. Store Credit Only (If Approved)

In certain cases at Synthera’s discretion, we may issue store credit only.

Store credit may be offered for:

  • lost packages not marked “Delivered”
  • certain order issues verified by support
  • special circumstances reviewed by our team

No refunds to original payment methods — store credit only.


3. Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • a damaged vial
  • the wrong product
  • a manufacturing defect

You may request a replacement.

To qualify, you must:

  • notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • provide clear photos of:
    • the damaged item
    • packaging
    • shipping label

If approved, Synthera will send a replacement item at no cost.

No refunds will be issued.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier:

  • Synthera is not responsible for theft or loss
  • No refunds will be granted
  • Store credit may be issued only at our discretion

Packages lost before delivery may qualify for store credit.


5. Incorrect Address Provided by Customer

Synthera is not responsible for:

  • incorrect addresses
  • missing apartment/suite numbers
  • forwarding issues

Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout cannot be refunded.
Reshipping may require additional payment.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, they cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.
