  • No refunds once an order is shipped
  • Replacements are provided only for damaged or incorrect items
  • Damage claims must be submitted with photos within 48 hours of delivery

Synthera does not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered items.

6. Shipping & Risk

Synthera is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers
  • lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
  • incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Once shipped, risk transfers to the buyer.

7. Product Variability

Appearance (color, texture, crystallization) may vary between batches.
This does not affect research suitability.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that purchasing and possessing these materials is legal in their jurisdiction.
